📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring high-quality patient care.,Perform nursing duties such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures.,Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the head nurse.,Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of medications.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse or similar healthcare role.,Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian.,Valid nursing license and certification.
