Global Urban Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Staff to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting our warehouse operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the inventory system to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.,Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize excess inventory.,Process and manage purchase orders, receiving, and stock transfers.,Collaborate with the procurement team to support the ordering process.,Assist in the preparation of inventory reports for management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Support warehouse operations by assisting with packing, loading, and unloading.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
