📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other desserts.,Ensure that all pastries meet quality standards and customer expectations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the bakery.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the pastry industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Creative and innovative approach to menu development.,Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
