Bit Plus Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. This is an immediate opportunity for an individual who is passionate about building and maintaining strong client relationships.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and strategic account management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Drive sales and meet or exceed quarterly targets.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.

Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance.

Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute campaigns.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
