📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Support the procurement team in developing and maintaining supplier relationships.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports and data to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Assist in the preparation of procurement documentation, including requests for quotes (RFQs) and purchase orders.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials and services.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including supplier management and contract negotiations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
