📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain desktop and server hardware and software.
Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Implement and manage cloud services, ensuring seamless integration with on-premise systems.
Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to ensure high availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements.
Document all processes and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and system administration.
Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or VMware Certified Professional.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
