📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including staff management and scheduling.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to meet customer demands and trends.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Train and develop junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure cost efficiency and quality.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the culinary industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading a kitchen team and delivering high-quality food.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with modern kitchen equipment and technology.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
