PT Widya Lestari is seeking a talented and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing various engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.,Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.,Prepare detailed project reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering.,Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with project management methodologies.
