📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.,Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock levels to meet customer demand.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.,Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.,Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Understanding of safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.,Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
