📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and installation of electrical systems and equipment.,Ensure all electrical work complies with national and international standards and regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols.,Mentor and train junior electricians to maintain high standards of work.,Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.,Maintain and update technical documentation and records.,Provide technical support and advice to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects.,Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficient in using electrical design software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
