Salon Anggi Electronics is looking for a passionate Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with managers and department heads to ensure training programs meet business needs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant attendance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of training and development principles and practices,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus,Ability to travel to different locations within Bali as needed,Fluent in both English and Indonesian
