📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and identifying recruitment needs.,Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels.,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications.,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.,Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.,Maintaining a strong candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics.,Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
