Urban Silver Mandiri is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the food and beverage industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service to customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the executive team to ensure that the restaurant is meeting its financial and operational goals.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.,Ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
