Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to established standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all staff members are following health and safety protocols.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Train and develop staff members to ensure that they are providing exceptional service to guests.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and that the restaurant is operating within budget.,Work closely with the hotel's management team to ensure that the restaurant is aligned with the hotel's overall goals and objectives.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.,Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.🛠️ Keahlian
