Oversee the preparation of food and ingredients in the kitchen,Ensure that all food items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety,Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement menu items,Manage a team of commis chefs,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment,Ensure that all food items are prepared in a timely manner,Monitor food costs and inventory levels,Ensure that all food items are prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role,Proven track record of preparing high-quality food items,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations,Ability to manage a team of commis chefs,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure
