📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payment collection.,Conduct regular credit checks and assessments to identify potential risks.,Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures.,Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans.,Provide regular reports and analysis on credit control performance.,Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit control.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.,Proven track record of achieving high collection rates.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
