📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety standards.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal kitchen efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.,Represent the restaurant at culinary events and functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of various cuisines and culinary techniques.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international food trends.,Possession of a relevant culinary degree or certification.,Experience with POS systems and kitchen management software.
