📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.,Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime.,Implement and enforce security policies and best practices to protect our systems and data.,Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and applications.,Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including employees and clients.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.,Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery testing to ensure business continuity.,Manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration, with a focus on server, network, and cloud infrastructure.,Strong understanding of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.,Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot complex IT issues in a timely and efficient manner.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
