📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement activities to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies, regulations, and company procedures.
  • Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall business objectives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
  • Proven track record of achieving cost savings and improving procurement efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
