📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical content.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational content.,Participate in product launches and support customer training sessions.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a clear and concise style.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Good understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
