📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, storage, and distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure and efficient working environment.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering procedures to maintain optimal stock levels.,Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records and identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with transportation and delivery processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the warehouse environment.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
