🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance management, with a focus on transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of leading compliance programs in dynamic industries.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Certifications in compliance management, such as CPA, CISA, or CIPM, are a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
