📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction process from initial planning to final handover, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the project team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects, with a proven track record in coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
