• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules and work orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and supervision.
• Proven track record of managing maintenance teams and improving system reliability.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including transformers, motors, and control panels.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP, Maximo, or similar.
• Certification in electrical safety and hazard recognition (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
