📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct organizational assessments and analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to develop and deliver effective training sessions.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in organizational development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational development or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and organizational development methodologies.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
