📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of engineering projects.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and quality.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
• Develop and implement engineering standards and best practices.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
• Handle any engineering issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering supervision, with a proven track record in real estate development projects.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
