PT Nida Management And Consulting is seeking a talented Production Planning and Material Control Staff (PPIC) to join our team in the Manufacturing and Jewelry Craftsmanship division. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, material control, and a passion for craftsmanship.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and company goals.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize costs.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.,Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.,Collaborate with the production team to address any issues or bottlenecks in the manufacturing process.,Maintain and update production records and reports for management review.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in the production area.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning and material control roles.,Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control standards.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
